Can you describe briefly what you are doing with your pupils/students to integrate mindfulness in your educational work?

I lead them through short meditations at the beginning of a lesson. We stop in conflict situation and listen empathically to each others. I help students with anger etc. to reconnect by focusing on feelings and needs and what might the other person wanted to fulfill by acting that way. At our school we train students, teachers, parents in using the language mindfully, with respect and listening with empathy. As much as I can, I use breathing mindfully in situations where I'm upset to calm myself.

What is it that would be most helpful to you to (further) improve your work with integrating mindfulness in your educational work, besides deepening your own practice?

Ideas for mindful-projects that last a week, this would meet my need of involve several classes of a school, to give mindfulness a high priority. Connection to and experiences of other teachers.
