I am not working directly with pupils at the moment, but I have done some short classroom minfulness/calming execises and have engeaed students in developing their own “mindfulness trainings”.

What is it that would be most helpful to you to (further) improve your work with integrating mindfulness in your educational work, besides deepening your own practice?

If it became more widely known, so that the reaction from other staff was more positive.

What is the nature of the changes you have noticed in the behaviour of your pupils/students?

Improved class room behaviour. I have not done it systematically enough with ne group and monitored something measurable - anecdotal evidence is of no use, I feel. My aim was to intriduce them to practices so they would not be entirely foreign if they met them later in life.

What is the base of the mindfulness practise you are using in your educational work?

Secular based.
