I ask them to pay attention. I tell them there's nothing else than: here and now. (I like to tell (zen)stories. Sometimes I offer them a short meditation-excercise.

Sharing this practice, sharing ideas, practice together, etc.

Improved class room behaviour. A short exemple: After a short meditation I asked the young students: Do you notice any difference. Answer: yes, we are more quiet. Another: I could hear my own heartbeat ...
