Tell them about meditation without mentioning the word. Help them find space inside to go back to when they need it. Help them with calming their fears, worries and anger through mindfulness. I am also involved in children's program in meditation centres sometimes (Plum Village 3 times and EIAB 1 time)

What is it that would be most helpful to you to (further) improve your work with integrating mindfulness in your educational work, besides deepening your own practice?
