I am involved in writing projects on (1) how to integrate mindfulness in primary and secondary schools and (2) how to evaluate these prorgrams scientifically, this always in close cooperation with universities.

Can you describe briefly what you are doing with your pupils/students to integrate mindfulness in your educational work?

At the institute I AM ( where I am working colleagues develop mindfulness programs based on the MBCT curriculum and adjusted to the different age classes and specific needs of the kids, adolescents.

What is it that would be most helpful to you to (further) improve your work with integrating mindfulness in your educational work, besides deepening your own practice?

Exchange of ideas, trying to build up a network of people interested in writing new projects, maybe at the european level. It would be great to have an european meeting every two years..
